Build and implement a regional and functional L&D strategy aligned with global organizational priorities, talent strategy, and strategic objectives.
Act as a trusted L&D advisor to regional leadership and HR teams, identifying key learning priorities and workforce skill gaps.
Balance global consistency with local customization, ensuring programs are scalable while addressing region-specific needs.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best-in-class practices, as well as emerging learning technologies to continuously evolve learning programs.
Work closely with the Talent team & Global Head of Leadership Development to drive top talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Identify and support high-potential employees, providing tailored development opportunities to accelerate career growth.
Analyse business and performance data to conduct a comprehensive training needs analysis and align to L&D course catalogues
Advise employees as needed on appropriate learning intervention and how to access it.
Learning Program Development & Delivery
Work with the global instructional design team, lead all aspects of the creation, curation and implementation of a comprehensive portfolio of learning programs, including leadership development, technical & functional training, onboarding, and career progression initiatives.
Facilitate, as required, high impact learning sessions, adapting content & approach to meet the diverse needs of employees across different functions and levels.
Ensure programs reflect the latest trends in learning technology innovation.
Evaluation & Impact Analysis
Establish clear success metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the efficiency and business impact of L&D programs.
Assess learning outcomes through employee feedback, business performance data, and engagement levels.
Use insights to continuously refine learning strategies, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
Skills and Competencies
6 - 10 years of proven experience in an L&D leadership role with a focus on regional or global program management.
Experience working in a global tech company, preferably with a focus on SaaS
Fluency in the German language required; Spanish-speaking ability would also be preferred.
Strategic approach with the ability to translate business goals into impactful learning initiatives.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR and business units.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to engage audiences at all levels.
Data-driven approach to assessing learning impact and making informed decisions.
Expertise in learning technologies, e-learning platforms, and digital learning trends.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive execution.
