Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Set short-term and long-term sales objectives aligned with the company’s vision.


Sales Team Management:

  1. Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance.
  2. Establish clear performance metrics, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to the team.
  3. Foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture that drives success.


Revenue Generation and Target Achievement:

  1. Lead the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  2. Manage key accounts and negotiate high-value deals with clients.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.


Sales Operations and Reporting:

  1. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to ensure goals are met.
  2. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  3. Implement and maintain CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.


Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  2. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  3. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:

  1. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  2. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to influence product development and pricing strategies.
  3. Ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics.
