Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
- Lead the development and execution of compliance training programs for staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the executive team on risk and compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure timely updates to policies and practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
