What you’ll do:
- Lead and Scale the Engineering Team – Build, mentor, and structure a high-performing product engineering organisation.
- Drive Product Development – Partner with product and design teams to ship innovative AI-driven products at scale.
- Stay Hands-On – Engage in architecture, code reviews, and development when needed, ensuring technical quality and best practices.
- Make Strategic Technical Decisions – Balance speed and scalability, ensuring the right trade-offs for long-term growth.
- Optimize Development Processes – Implement best practices for agile development, testing, and deployment to accelerate product delivery.
- Foster a High-Performance Culture – Build a team that thrives on collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.

- Proven People Manager – You’ve successfully built and led high-performing engineering teams.
