Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO on all people and talent related matters 
  • Design the end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and integration process leveraging first principles thinking 
  • Lead the recruiting process for key hires with velocity and intensity 
  • Research and implement opportunities to integrate the latest AI and technology throughout every division of our organization, helping us to operate more efficiently through "digital talent"
  • Lead people analytics/dashboarding to measure people and talent and internal AI initiatives (e.g., recruiting metrics, performance metrics, AI-driven time optimizations, etc.)
  • Build out Eight Sleep’s employer brand strategy, including launching an international recruiting arm 
  • Design a performance review process that optimizes for maximum efficiency and impact 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, people operations, recruiting, or talent 
  • Experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Data mindset

  • Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision making
