Work closely with the CEO on all people and talent related matters
Design the end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and integration process leveraging first principles thinking
Lead the recruiting process for key hires with velocity and intensity
Research and implement opportunities to integrate the latest AI and technology throughout every division of our organization, helping us to operate more efficiently through "digital talent"
Lead people analytics/dashboarding to measure people and talent and internal AI initiatives (e.g., recruiting metrics, performance metrics, AI-driven time optimizations, etc.)
Build out Eight Sleep’s employer brand strategy, including launching an international recruiting arm
Design a performance review process that optimizes for maximum efficiency and impact
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, people operations, recruiting, or talent
Experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's
Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
