Job Summary

The Head of Operations will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the company’s security services. This leadership role entails managing personnel, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and optimizing operational performance to meet and exceed organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the security industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
  2. Identify and pursue opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  3. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term business plans and expansion strategies.
  4. Oversee daily operations of the security services, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  5. Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Lead and mentor department managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  9. Identify training and development needs to enhance the skills of personnel.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  11. Address client concerns and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly.
  12. Ensure services are tailored to meet client-specific requirements while adhering to company standard


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Security Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in operations management, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in operational planning, process improvement, and performance monitoring.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management.
