Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across various departments, including logistics, customer service, production, and supply chain.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Ensure operational compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial performance meets targets.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure operational success and report results to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, process optimization, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and business analytics tools.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
