Social Media Strategy & Management: Oversee social media posting, content calendar, and community engagement. Develop strategies to grow brand presence across platforms.
Website Oversight: Manage website development and design projects to ensure alignment with marketing goals, optimizing for user experience, performance, and conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives. Provide regular updates and collaborate on new marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally overseeing multiple agencies and cross-functional teams.
Skills:
Proficiency in paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Excellent organizational skills for overseeing multiple projects and agencies simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategies.
Analytical mindset for managing P&L and measuring campaign effectiveness.
Ability to manage relationships with external agencies and ensure timely deliverables.
A keen eye for design and user experience, particularly for web and social media.
Fluent in written and verbal English with excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external agencies.
