JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Management: Oversee the work of content, performance marketing, and web development agencies. Ensure deliverables are met, and performance metrics are tracked and reported accurately.
  • P&L and Performance Oversight: Take ownership of the marketing P&L, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Paid Media Management: Oversee paid media campaigns with a focus on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Ensure these campaigns align with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Oversee social media posting, content calendar, and community engagement. Develop strategies to grow brand presence across platforms.
  • Website Oversight: Manage website development and design projects to ensure alignment with marketing goals, optimizing for user experience, performance, and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives. Provide regular updates and collaborate on new marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally overseeing multiple agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Excellent organizational skills for overseeing multiple projects and agencies simultaneously.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategies.
    • Analytical mindset for managing P&L and measuring campaign effectiveness.
    • Ability to manage relationships with external agencies and ensure timely deliverables.
    • A keen eye for design and user experience, particularly for web and social media.
    • Fluent in written and verbal English with excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external agencies.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience working in an agency environment and familiarity with web development and design processes.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
