EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- University degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
- A strong track record of project delivery in the field of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion with an intersectional approach
- Possessing an insatiable interest in developments in the field of EDI in relation to intersectionality
- Knowledgeable of the applicable laws and regulations related to diversity, equality, and inclusion
- Experience in providing expert guidance in EDI to leadership, faculty and staff
- Experience in managing a small to medium size team
- Numerate and possessing strong skills in the use of Excel and the presentation of data and statistics
- Well organised, proactive and focused on delivery of key tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and build a culture of inclusivity
- Very good presentation skills
- Very good writing skills for the production of reports
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience working internationally is desirable, though not required
