Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement strategies for bancassurance and alternative distribution partnership channels that align with organizational goals and capitalize on market trends and growth opportunities to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.

2. Partnership Development & Revenue Growth

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with financial and other relevant institutions, leveraging their customer base, distribution network, and resources for effective partnership operations and business growth.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery for partner retention and long-term growth.
  • Optimize existing partnerships and establish new ones to drive business and revenue growth.

3. Digital & Alternative Channel Leadership

  • Lead the digital transformation initiatives for our distribution channels, leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to identify and capture emerging market opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.

4. Team Management

  • Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to the Bancassurance sales leaders in the team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to drive high performance and employee engagement.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions seamlessly into our existing operations.

7. Operational Focus

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote insurance products through bancassurance, digital and alternative distribution channels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify improvement areas, and drive strategies to meet sales targets. Ensure efficient lead generation, conversion, and customer onboarding processes.
  • Implement robust risk management measures to ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks, including fraud prevention and maintaining high levels of data privacy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in bancassurance and other partnerships channels operations. Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to mitigate operational and legal risks.
