- 2+ years experience with A/B testing tools and hypothesis development focused on website optimization.
- Knowledge of data engineering and marketing technology stack integration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for sophisticated data analysis.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring high-performing analytics teams.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and upper management with insights backed by robust data analysis.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with sleep, wellness, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce products.
- Background with server-side tracking implementations and cookie-less measurement solutions.
