Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and mentor the commercial banking team to achieve set objectives.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and motivation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with other banking divisions to cross-sell financial products and services.
- Establish partnerships with key industry players and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the bank at industry events and business forums.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Proven experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, or business banking leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial products, and lending practices.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, risk assessment, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, credit assessment, and portfolio management.
