Responsibilities:

  • Own itinerant projects and campaigns focused on revenue and brand growth.
  • Lead the data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting for marketing activities, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Conduct customer discovery and perform rapid, iterative testing to refine marketing approaches based on real-world data.
  • Drive the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns based on a mix of solid data and creative insights, ensuring they resonate deeply with our target audiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience: Experience in startups, consulting, or banking, demonstrating a clear track record of impactful contributions. Experience in customer acquisition or marketing at a successful company is a plus. A strong B2C background, ideally acquiring customers at a high AOV is another plus.
  • Work ethic: A relentless, high-intensity work ethic capable of juggling multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Independence: Exceptional ability to operate independently, from strategic conception through to meticulous execution.
  • Communication: Robust, proactive communication skills paired with a can-do attitude and a commitment to achieving results.
