CalAspire is a dynamic two-year accelerated development initiative aimed at shaping the next generation of banking leaders. This transformative programme offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure across multiple departments, tackle challenging projects, and make meaningful contributions to the Bank’s growth and success.
Programme Streams
Candidates can apply to one of five specialized leadership tracks:
Technology Leadership Programme
Corporate and Retail Banking Leadership Programme
Treasury and Finance Leadership Programme
Risk and Controls Leadership Programme
Credit Leadership Programme
Each stream offers a tailored learning path to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and experience required for leadership roles within the bank.
Eligibility Criteria
Core Requirements
· Hold a recent Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the selected stream.
· Candidates who recently completed a Master’s degree from a recognized institution are also eligible.
· Relevant internship or project experience related to banking or the selected stream
· Be a Ghanaian citizen, aged 27 years or younger at the start of the program.
· Demonstrate exceptional academic achievement with a minimum of a Strong Second-Class Upper.
· Have graduated within the last two years.
· Candidates must have successfully completed the one-year National Service program.

Participants will be selected through a competitive, rigorous selection process based on:

5. Successful candidates will receive offers and begin the onboarding process.
