JOB DESCRIPTION


Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the business - drive People strategy and operate with impact
  • Offer thought leadership and coaching regarding organizational and people-related strategy
  • Execute against key People OKRs within the supported team but also more broadly across Cyncly
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development 
  • Provide People / Talent / HR expertise in the areas of employee engagement, feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development and design
  • Collaborate with the broader People & Culture Team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
  • Analyze, interpret and use people data (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client group

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Solid experience in partnering strategically with senior leaders in a matrix and international environment
  • Solid business acumen - our People BPs are true business partners 
  • 7-10 years of experience as People/HR Business Partner 
  • A deep knowledge of People / HR programs and practices
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
  • Provide and demonstrate change management leadership
  • Coach and influence to achieve business results
  • Professional English required, any other language is an asset
