Partner closely with the business - drive People strategy and operate with impact
Offer thought leadership and coaching regarding organizational and people-related strategy
Execute against key People OKRs within the supported team but also more broadly across Cyncly
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development
Provide People / Talent / HR expertise in the areas of employee engagement, feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development and design
Collaborate with the broader People & Culture Team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
Analyze, interpret and use people data (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client group
Required Skills and Experience:
Solid experience in partnering strategically with senior leaders in a matrix and international environment
Solid business acumen - our People BPs are true business partners
7-10 years of experience as People/HR Business Partner
A deep knowledge of People / HR programs and practices
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
Provide and demonstrate change management leadership
Coach and influence to achieve business results
Professional English required, any other language is an asset
