JOB DESCRIPTIONS


 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise Departmental Managers: Oversee and coordinate the efforts of each departmental manager (Workshop Floor, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR & Admin, Spare Parts).
  2. Set and Monitor Targets: Establish performance targets across departments, regularly track performance, and adjust strategies to ensure achievement.
  3. Build Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and addressing any escalated issues to improve customer experience.
  4. Reporting: Prepare and present operational and financial reports to the executive team or board.


Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be an advantage.
  2. At least 8-10 years of experience in the automotive service or service industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role

  1. Leadership and Strategic Vision: Strong leadership skills with ability to set clear goals and direction, align team efforts with business goals, and manage, motivate, develop, utilize and engage cross functional teams.
  2. Experience in building systems, guidelines and structures: Ability to design, implement and monitor systems, structures and guidelines to drive performance.
  3. Operational Expertise: Skilled in managing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and designing and streamlining workflows to maximize productivity.
  4. Customer-Centric Mind-set: Experienced in customer service and ability to drive a customer-focused culture. Works closely with the Customer Service Advisory Manager to enhance customer experience.

  1. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, with the ability to identify issues early and implement effective solutions.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with managers and other team members.
  3. Analytical Mind-set: Ability to make data-driven decisions, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to relate to all levels of employees and customers.
  6. Goal-oriented, quality driven, growth mind-set and committed to continuous improvement and growth of the business. 
  7. The ideal candidate should be innovative in finding ways to increase service efficiency, customer retention, and revenue.
