JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all areas of the business, including food and beverage operations, HR, finance, guest services
* Implement operational systems and processes to enhance management reporting and business flow
* Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue targets and grow market presence for both the food and beverage divisions
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and deliver a high-quality guest experience
* Lead financial management including budgeting, cost control, working capital management, and financial reporting
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, customers, and employees
* Manage staff training and performance evaluations to uphold cutting-edge service standards
Key Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Food and Beverage Management, Finance, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in financial management and sales, particularly in the food and beverage sector
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, adept at managing operational and financial functions
* Familiarity with local markets and the ability to network effectively to drive sales
* Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the flexibility to handle various situations and scenarios
* Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse financial statements and recommend profitability strategies
