Qualifications:
- Degree or Master’s in Business Administration
- Over 8-10yrs years of relevant work experience
- Strong Business and strategic Acumen 
- Experience in media, publishing, and marketing is an added advantage. 
 

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
- Design and implement strategies for company growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes to align with the company’s vision and mission
- Ensure productive employee performance and professional development
- Manage recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and enhance operational and financial performance
- Direct employee assessment processes
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Provide solutions to issues such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and loss of business.
