JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Feature Development: Develop and maintain user-facing features using TypeScript and frameworks like React or Next.js.
- UI Component Creation: Create responsive, accessible, and visually appealing UI components aligned with design guidelines and brand aesthetics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and product managers to translate design requirements into user-friendly and functional features.
- Optimization: Optimize frontend performance, ensuring smooth and fast load times across various devices and browsers.
- API Integration: Integrate frontend components with backend APIs to deliver seamless user interactions and platform functionality.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development, particularly with modern web applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Web Fundamentals: Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web design principles (responsive design, component-based architecture).
- State Management: Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Preferred Skills (Highly Advantageous):
- Design Systems: Experience with design systems and UI/UX tools like Figma to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Accessibility: Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for building inclusive, accessible applications.
- Testing: Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
- Internationalization: Experience with internationalization/localization (e.g., using i18next) to support a global user base.
