Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedure 
  2. Provide guests with information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions
  3. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
  4. Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  5. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. A positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
