Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  2.  Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  3. Manage reservations and room assignments.
  4. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  6.  Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  2. Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  3. Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively.
  5. Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
  6. Must be punctual, dependable, and have a professional appearance.
