JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Accra, Newtown

Salary : GHS1500


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude.
