who will work on a project-demand basis. As a freelance recruiter, you will work with us on various recruitment projects, providing high-quality talent who can meet the project requirement. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced recruiters who want to work flexibly and be part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
To create the pipeline based on project demands.
Plan and execute innovative recruiting campaigns and maximize all channels, with a special focus on local recruitment.
Build strong relationships with all resources to keep them motivated and engaged with the company
Keep the resources database updated and collect and manage all the onboarding documents. Keep track of all candidates and their skills for future leverage
Support and work closely with regional and global teams
Help towards improving tools, technologies, and processes
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across different industries.
Provide an updated tracker of plans, actions and progress.
Requirements:
Must be based in-country (specific country)
Must have strong knowledge of the (country/locale)
Native speaker of (language) and fluent in English language
University Degree. Advanced degrees are a plus
+2 years of experience in the AI data services industry, in a position with vendor interaction in a global environment – NOT a requirement but a PLUS
Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach.
Comfortable working on project-demand basis with deadlines and targets.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and job boards is a plus.
