Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in hospitality and food safety. You will manage a team, ensure smooth service delivery, and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure efficient and effective operation of food and beverage services in accordance with company standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and serve guests effectively.
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Hospitality Management: Previous experience in managing food and beverage operations in a hospitality setting.
• Training Skills: Ability to train and develop team members to meet performance standards.
• Strong Leadership and Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic setting.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and compliance with health regulations.
• Previous Experience in a Similar Role: Previous supervisory experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
