Implementation of crewing procedures as per company’s policies and standards.
Coordination with the manning offices to ensure that crew changes are planned at the most cost-effective ports of trade and keeping crew travel costs as per budget.
Assisting with the planning of officers in coordination with the local offices and manning agencies.
Maintaining daily communication with the manning offices and monitoring the crew changes.
Monitoring and evaluation of the crew members’ performance.
Undertake or involvement in other tasks or projects as required.
Assist in the annual crew budgets as per the Company’s guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
Crewing experience gained ideally in the Ship Management environment.
In the absence of experience, successful commercial apprenticeship could be considered as an advantage.
Bachelor degree would be an advantage.
Very good knowledge of the English language.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
