Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proven experience in banking, FinTech, payments, and treasury management.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPA or other relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
- Past experience in the Big 4 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and trial balances.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant taxes.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to review financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends and areas for cost reduction.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Perform other accounting tasks as needed.
