JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
  • Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial forecasting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and track financial transactions.
  • Ensure timely tax compliance, statutory deductions, and regulatory reporting.
  • Support external audits by preparing necessary financial documents.
  • Monitor and control expenses to align with financial goals.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Identify financial risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.


Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in financial management or accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information.
