RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards.
Monitor financial performance, providing variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and company policies, addressing any findings promptly.
2. Cash Flow and Budget Management:
Develop and manage cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity for operational needs.
Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to align forecasts with organizational goals.
Monitor and control financial expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets.
3. Accounts Management:
Supervise accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions to optimize cash collection and vendor payments.
Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and ensure 95% on-time payments to vendors.
Implement strategies to streamline billing and collection processes.
4. Financial Analysis and Strategic Support:
Provide detailed financial insights and scenario planning to support senior management’s decision-making.
Track and report on financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Drive automation of financial operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks), advanced Excel skills, and ERP systems.
