Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Effectively manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks to maintain operational stability.
- Prepare precise and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Ensure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA qualification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in dynamic, fast-growing organisations.
