We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will ensure compliance and support strategic planning while driving financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and promote sustainable growth.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals.
* Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with regulations, including external audits.
* Oversee cash flow and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
* Establish internal controls and conduct financial risk assessments.
* Provide financial support to subsidiaries and ensure consistent reporting.
* Lead fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors.
* Develop the finance team and promote collaboration.
* Support clients with financial management and refine financial services offered by the company.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ICA Ghana).
* Minimum 7 years in a similar role, with at least 3 years in leadership; fintech or consultancy experience is a plus.
* Strong understanding of IFRS, Ghana tax laws, and financial regulations.
* Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial management software/ERP systems.
