JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Controller to join our tractor distribution organization. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards and local regulations.
* Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
* Manage cash flow and working capital.
* Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
* Manage and mentor the finance team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified accountant degree.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing organization.
* Strong hands-on experience working with SAP.
* In-depth knowledge of local regulations and accounting practices of Thailand.
* Proficiency in English and Thai.
