The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities and operational processes across all subsidiaries of Dikan Ventures.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and operational expertise to ensure that all
business units operate efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing finance and operations within a multi-subsidiary environment and will be adept at driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the growth and profitability of Dikan Ventures and its subsidiaries.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for all business units.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial metrics across all subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by the executive team.
Operations Management:
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity across all subsidiaries.
• Oversee supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Ensure that all operational processes align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the heads of each subsidiary to ensure alignment and synergy in operations.
• Monitor and manage the performance of operational teams to ensure high levels of effectiveness.
Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and mentor the finance and operations teams across all subsidiaries.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the teams.
• Provide guidance and support to subsidiary managers in financial and operational matters.
• Ensure that the company’s values and culture are embedded within the finance and operations functions.
Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks across all subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.
• Ensure that all business units comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and operations management, preferably within a multi-subsidiary or multi-industry environment.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven experience in managing operational processes, including supply chain management, logistics, and procurement.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
