Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership & Supervision
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales representatives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide ongoing support to the team.
- Organize and oversee daily sales activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Coordinate sales promotions and product campaigns to boost sales.
- Monitor market trends and customer demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
- Conduct field visits to strengthen customer engagement and gather feedback.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for improving sales strategies.
- Ensure that all sales representatives adhere to company policies and guidelines.
5. Administrative & Compliance Duties
- Manage inventory, sales documentation, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support field sales efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.
