Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Sales Support:
- Implement field marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and activations in designated locations.
- Support sales teams in generating leads and converting potential customers.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Identify potential business opportunities and areas for marketing improvement.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on field observations.
Event Coordination & Brand Promotion:
- Organize and participate in trade shows, promotional events, and community engagements.
- Ensure branding materials and promotional items are effectively distributed.
- Maintain a strong brand presence in assigned territories.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Interact with customers to educate them about products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Document daily activities, sales leads, and customer feedback.
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and field marketing efforts.
- Recommend improvements for future marketing strategies based on field experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
