Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution:

  1. Implement and execute field marketing campaigns to meet company objectives.
  2. Promote the company’s products or services through direct engagement with customers.
  3. Organize and participate in events, trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

Customer Engagement:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations, distribute promotional materials, and answer customer inquiries.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image.

Market Research and Insights:

  1. Gather and analyze feedback from customers and competitors in the field.
  2. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  3. Provide reports on market conditions and campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration with Teams:

  1. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align field activities with overall marketing objectives.
  2. Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and other partners to maximize market reach.
  3. Share insights and feedback from the field to support product development and marketing strategies.

Event Coordination:

  1. Plan and execute marketing events, including setting up booths, managing logistics, and overseeing on-site activities.
  2. Ensure effective promotion and visibility of the company’s brand during events.
  3. Measure the success of events and provide post-event reports.

Performance Tracking:

  1. Monitor and evaluate the impact of field marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Recommend improvements to optimize future campaigns and activities.
  3. Maintain records of field activities, customer interactions, and sales leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
