We are looking for a female Marketing Intern to assist with the marketing functions.
Prior experience in social media management or a related field is required.
Must have experience building online communities (yes, WhatsApp groups count!)
The role will be full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies.
- This means scrolling through social media to find and message content creators we
- can work with.
- Script and produce video marketing assets.
- You have to be good at convincing people with words and have a great eye for
- nice videos.
- Design and assist with managing the weekly content calendar.
- This means you be good with words and have a great eye for simple but effective design.
- You will oversee all designs created by the inhouse graphic designer.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing assets.
- Contribute to scripting and creating tutorials, campaigns , flyers etc.
- Contribute to new marketing strategies to keep users.
- Assist in designing effective onboarding experiences.
- Help craft impactful marketing messages.
- This will require you to notice trends and identify how Tendo can take part in it.
- Support all efforts to increase brand awareness and app downloads for Tendo.
- All efforts include attending shows, creating events, creating trends and any marketing
- project.

Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Preferably with an E-commerce or Social media management background).
- Good understanding of fundamental marketing concepts.
- Good at spotting social media trends.
- Oversee social media strategy.

- Ability to work in a flat hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills
