Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Factory Hands at our plastic manufacturing facility in Tema Freezone. As a Factory Hand, you will play an essential role in supporting the production process, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and assembly of plastic products.
- Operate machinery and equipment, following all safety protocols.
- Monitor production lines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Ensure raw materials and components are properly handled and prepared.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Adhere to quality control standards and assist in product inspections.
- Report any defects, malfunctions, or concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- No formal qualifications required; prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions precisely.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to lift and move materials.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
