JOB DESCRIPTIONS 


About the role:

The role is part of SC Johnson’s sales team and will be responsible to manage and be accountable for profitable business growth across West and Central Africa (excluding Nigeria & Ghana).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business and grow sales in modern and traditional trade
  • Understand distribution and sales through distributors
  • Lead distribution and new distributor appointments in markets
  • Track & Deliver KPI’s :
  • Sell-in, Sell-out, DoH, Local distribution objectives, Top customers and MHskus.
  • Assist to track and update datas: value chain, price survey, Dial, JBP, Brag albums…
  • Manage distributors network and train their sales team
  • Check-up of the competition, the counterfeits and identify markets’ perspectives.
  • Overseeing the implementation of marketing plans consistent with SCJ’s strategies


Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Business Development and Analysis
  • Unconstraint mobility to travel around West and Central Africa
  • Ability to navigate through an international environment in the company
  • Fluent French & English
