About the role:
The role is part of SC Johnson’s sales team and will be responsible to manage and be accountable for profitable business growth across West and Central Africa (excluding Nigeria & Ghana).
Responsibilities:
- Develop business and grow sales in modern and traditional trade
- Understand distribution and sales through distributors
- Lead distribution and new distributor appointments in markets
- Track & Deliver KPI’s :
- Sell-in, Sell-out, DoH, Local distribution objectives, Top customers and MHskus.
- Assist to track and update datas: value chain, price survey, Dial, JBP, Brag albums…
- Manage distributors network and train their sales team
- Check-up of the competition, the counterfeits and identify markets’ perspectives.
- Overseeing the implementation of marketing plans consistent with SCJ’s strategies
Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Business Development and Analysis
- Unconstraint mobility to travel around West and Central Africa
- Ability to navigate through an international environment in the company
- Fluent French & English
