What you'll be doing day to day
• Responsible to deliver a project within time, budget and quality, therefore making final decisions
• Take a leading role in the commercial planning and build up activities for the pre-projects
• Responsible to ensure a proper handover of projects to the line organisation
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of working methods in establishment and project management
• Ensure that lessons learned from previous projects have been documented and shared
• Responsible for steering group reporting
• Support team in the establishment of the project
• Be a facilitator, coach, and informal mentor to leaders in the Retail Countries
• Take lead in working across functions within Ingka Group and collaborate with other IKEA units
• Take lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our Co-Workers are informed, engaged and empowered
• Lead positive change, and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible IKEA - guided by the People and Planet Positive commitments
