RESPONSIBILITIES

Advanced Communication Handling

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. 

Strategic Calendar Management

  • Oversee the scheduling and organization of high-level meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Ensure the CEO's calendar is meticulously maintained, minimizing conflicts and optimizing time management

Comprehensive Travel Coordination

  • Arrange travel itineraries.
  • Prepare detailed travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements, optimizing travel efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Executive Meeting Preparation

  • Prepare comprehensive agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute meeting materials.
  • Follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met and strategic objectives are achieved.

Confidential Document Management

  • Organize and maintain critical files, documents, and records with the utmost discretion.
  • He also recommends and executes activities to manage and respond to risks within the organization.
  • He facilitates operational units' adherence to operational risk management policies and frameworks.
  • Handle confidential information securely, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Strategic Project Assistance

  • Assist in the planning and execution of high-impact special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth research and provide analytical reports to support decision-making processes.

Personalized Task Management

  • Support the CEO with personal errands and tasks, ensuring seamless integration with professional responsibilities.
  • Manage personal appointments and schedules, enhancing overall efficiency.

Efficient Office Management

  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and manage inventory to ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.

PROFILE

You have a:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Required work experience:

  • Minimum of over five 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual skills (French) will be an added advantage
  • Experience in the Finance Industry will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
