Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Program Development

  • Develop and lead LFG’s human capacity development strategy, aligning with national and global best practices.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and scaling of workforce readiness and leadership training programs.
  • Drive initiatives that bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring young people are equipped for the evolving job market.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with government entities, international organizations, corporate stakeholders, and philanthropic institutions.
  • Advocate for policy reforms that enhance human capacity development and job creation in Ghana.
  • Represent LFG at high-level forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings, positioning the organization as a leader in human capital development.

Organizational Development & Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering impactful programs and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
  • Drive operational efficiency, ensuring optimal resource allocation and program sustainability.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Assessment

  • Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and report impact to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with funding agreements, program deliverables, and reporting requirements.


Qualifications & Experience

  • A masters degree or higher in education, leadership, public policy, international development, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum if 5 years of progressive leadership experience in human capital development, workforce readiness, education reform, or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and scaling leadership development programs.
  • Strong track record of building and managing multi-sectoral partnerships, including engagement with government agencies, donor organizations, and corporate entities.
  • Experience in strategic planning, program management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • A deep passion for education equity, youth empowerment, and sustainable development in Ghana and Africa.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen ability to identify and leverage opportunities for impact.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in artificial intelligence, digital learning, and workforce transformation.
