🔹 Position: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
🔹 Location: Yaba, Lagos (proximity matters)
🔹 Work Style: Onsite
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising employees, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, ordering products, and managing stock to ensure the store is well-stocked without overstocking or running out of popular items.
Sales and Budgeting: Setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and managing the store’s budget. A store manager analyzes sales data and adjusts operations to maximize profitability.
Customer Service: Ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience by addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Store Maintenance: Overseeing the store’s appearance, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
Reporting: Preparing reports on sales performance, inventory, staffing, and other operational aspects to senior management.
