CGI is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for the Senior Vice President of the Calgary Region.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for handling SVP’s email, calendar, travel logistics, expense reports
Ensure the successful completion of ad hoc requests from SVP every day and provide assistance to the management team with ad hoc tasks and projects
Act as a liaison and maintain open lines of communication with SVP and his management team and other members of the organization
Anticipate and prepare materials needed for internal meetings, while attending regularly and taking meeting minutes
Coordinate and run client meetings for SVP
Assist the Marketing & Strategic Events Manager of Western Canada with executing external events and successfully coordinate with vendors, caterers and other providers for local events
Weekly management of Business Development meetings and activities in Client Relationship Management for SVP
Provide reception relief when needed by answering and transferring incoming calls, directing visitors as the need arises
Develop, implement and evaluate new and/or revised methods, procedures and standards
Complete monthly internal workstation audits as part of our Security Policy
Provide support to the annual strategic planning for our business plan and ensure the execution of set priorities
Be an active member of our office committees: Social Club Committee, Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability Committee
Assist with team building initiatives and provide continued overall support for organization culture and employee morale
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years senior executive-level administrative support
Intermediate/Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Intermediate/Advanced technical skills with: desktop/laptops, mobile phones, telephones, conferencing technology
Finance background is an asset but not necessary
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
