Job Summary


  • The position holder will provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing schedules, preparing documents, coordinating travel, serving as a liaison, and managing special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence for senior leadership.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring logistics are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior management and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring priorities are met.
  • Manage special projects and assist in research and preparation of materials as needed.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
