Execute event concepts and strategies that align with Zenoti’s brand objectives and overarching business goals; focus on delivering event experiences that increase attendee engagement, product adoption, and drive customer loyalty and retention.
Analyze industry events, by vertical (salon, spa, medpsa, fitness), to support YOY event planning and budgeting; capturing event dates, locations, attendee demographics and personas, compete intel, sponsorship packages, and speaking opportunities, etc.
In partnership with the Director of Events, collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to identify key industry and customer events, executing events against robust KPIs and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Leverage post-event feedback channels, data, and insights to prepare post-event analyses for future improvements.
Event Execution and Management
Oversee and execute end-to-end event management, including pre-event analyses, budgeting, planning, vendor/sponsorship negotiations & selection, logistics, and post-event reporting - with heavy emphasis on managing Zenoti’s brand presence at customer-owned events, approx. 10-15 a year.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute sponsorship deliverables; including managing sponsor contracts, invoicing & payments, and expense tracking.
Ensure Zenoti’s onsite event team members are equipped to run all aspects of the event; to include knowledge of onsite activations, lead scoring best practices, content outputs, and execute on all event logistics.
Create and manage the annual event calendar, ensuring ongoing internal visibility and awareness of all events we take part in. Collaborate with internal program managers to identify opportunities to promote event sponsorships, attendance, or speaking sessions across Zenoti webinars, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
Oversee and manage our physical event inventory, including event banners, pop-ups, booth backdrops, prizes, swag, and printed collateral to ensure the right mix of inventory and quantity support a robust events calendar.
Handle all outbound/inbound shipping of event materials – this will require being onsite at the Bellevue, WA office for pre and post event to handle shipping and inventory logistics for each event.
Marketing and Promotion
Partner with marketing campaign managers, Community Manager, and Creative Services team to execute pre, during, and post event integrated marketing plans across print, digital, video, social, and email – help drive attendee engagement and business outcomes via select marketing channels.
Support onsite event team with live content creation, including social media posts, videos, photos, ‘mini mics,’ and capturing customer testimonials for broader marketing campaigns and goals.
Budget and Resource Management
Manage and report on event spend, working with billing and finance teams to track expenses, maintaining meticulous records of all event-related expenditures.
Evaluate and recommend event tools and technologies to streamline planning, execution, and data collection processes.
Manage process for internal teams to request Zenoti attend/sponsor specific industry and customer events.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in event management, ideally within the beauty, wellness, SaaS or related technology industry.
Proven track record of planning and executing mid to large-scale events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, roadshows, etc.) with delivering measurable business impact in creative ways.
Proficiency in event management software, CRM tools, and project management platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach. Familiarity with tools like Jira is a plus.
Ability to travel domestically for event execution when needed (approx. 8%-12% of the time).
Ability to work non-standard working hours occasionally to accommodate onsite event execution and collaborate across global time zones.
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to managing evolving priorities. Has a “roll-up your sleeves mindset”.
