Key Responsibilities
Program Evaluation & Assessment
- Develop and implement evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct field visits, surveys, and stakeholder interviews to gather data.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect, verify, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluation activities and findings.
- Use statistical tools and software to interpret and present data insights.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare evaluation reports with key findings, lessons learned, and recommendations.
- Present results to management, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Document best practices and success stories for organizational learning.
Stakeholder Engagement & Capacity Building
- Work with project teams to integrate evaluation into program planning.
- Provide technical support and training on evaluation methods and best practices.
- Collaborate with external partners, consultants, and funding agencies on evaluation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in program evaluation, research, or impact assessment.
- Familiarity with evaluation methodologies such as baseline studies, impact assessments, and logical frameworks.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or other M&E software).
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
