JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Enrollment: Advise and recruit prospective students to meet or exceed enrollment targets for various programs.
- Program Guidance: Advise students on program requirements, helping them understand the academic paths and opportunities available, and assist in completing the application and enrollment process.
- Presentations & Information Sessions: Develop and deliver informative, engaging presentations about NIBS programs to prospective students and applicants.
- Communication & Support: Maintain effective and timely communication with prospective students to address their questions, concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, administration, and other departments to enhance the student experience during the recruitment and enrollment process.
- Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze student recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide recommendations for improvements in recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or related field.
- Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to build strong relationships with prospective students and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other office software; familiarity with CRM tools and enrollment systems is a plus.
- A passion for helping students achieve their educational goals and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
