JOB DESCRIPTION


RESPONSIBILITIES

Change and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify, design and implement appropriate engagement to ensure an organisational understanding of the People Function’s product and service offer.
  • Act as a bridge between the People Function, regions/countries and business stakeholders. 
  • Build and support relationships with key stakeholders in business areas, regions and across people function pillars to ensure effective and joined-up delivery of project goals and objectives 

Consultancy, analysis & problem-solving

  • Apply knowledge of people / organisational change and consultation strategy to ensure that change interventions meet people where they are at, in a way that is meaningful for them, to promote engagement and accelerate positive adoption.
  • Provide expert professional advice to leaders and change agents in translating plans into actionable strategies, ensuring delivery within time and cost constraints. 

Project Management

  • Measure People Function effectiveness and provide evidence of successful engagement, positive sentiment and behaviour change (where applicable), contributing to meaningful tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Identify engagement and people function communication risks and issues and develop and implement solutions.

 


Requirements of the role

Essential:

  • Ability to foster internal relationships with HR and business stakeholders, sponsors, and supporters to gather insights and contribute to decision-making.
  • Proven experience in managing or influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and experience, including creative and adaptable communication approaches. Ability to clearly articulate key points in both verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to support long-term people planning by contributing to the development, maintenance and embedding of strategic plans and frameworks.
  • Experience working in large scale organisational change and use of recognised change management and engagement tools and interventions.

 

Desirable: 

  • Change management qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in empowering leaders to make informed decisions and take ownership of change initiatives.
  • Experience in training & facilitation, communications and/or engagement on a complex change programme, preferably in a matrixed global organisation
  • Subject matter expertise (SME) or good understanding of HR or related function
