JOB DESCRIPTION
What you'll do at UiPath
· Offer support for the implementation of the new Global Onboarding Experience.
· Contribute to the implementation of our Global Recognition Programs.
· Participate in the implementation of our global Hackathon and in the coordination of any other global internal events.
· Contribute to the quarterly reporting on employee sentiment based on our ongoing listening tools (Onboarding Surveys, Exit Surveys, Pulses) and connect with different teams to ensure action is taken where needed.
· Contribute to the implementation and results analysis of our bi-annual People Experience Surveys.
· Contribute to the Social Impact strategy implementation, coordinating volunteering events.
· Work closely with different employee groups to offer them support in organizing events and programs for their communities.
· Working closely with our Internal Communications team to ensure that our cultural events/ programs receive the right exposure.

· Nice to have: previous volunteering experience or a previous HR Internship experience.
